This policy explains how Dubey & Dubey Law Offices ("the firm", "we") handles personal data that you share through this website. It is written with regard to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

We collect only what you choose to give us through the forms on this website: your name, email address and telephone number, and anything you write in a message, application or request. Job and internship applications may also include a CV and your Bar enrolment number or details of study.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single note in your browser for the current session to remember that you have accepted the Bar Council disclaimer.

We use your details only for the purpose for which you sent them: to reply to an enquiry, to consider a pro bono request, to assess a job or internship application, or to send legal updates you have asked for. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Sending an enquiry does not create an advocate and client relationship, and the firm may need to complete a conflict check before it can act. Please do not send confidential documents through the website.

Form submissions are delivered to the firm by email through a third party email service, and the website is hosted by a cloud provider. These providers process the data on the firm's behalf and may store it outside India.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain professional records. Unsuccessful job and internship applications are deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to keep them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to have it erased, and you may withdraw consent to legal updates at any time. To make a request or raise a concern, write to the address below. We aim to reply within thirty days.
