Dubey & Dubey Law Offices, known as DAD Law Offices, is a full service law practice headquartered in Lucknow, with chambers at the Hon’ble High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow. What began at a single desk has grown into a team of advocates, advisors and associates who serve individuals, families, startups, enterprises and public institutions across Uttar Pradesh and beyond.
The practice
The firm stays with a legal concern through its whole course: advice before a decision is made, documentation when it is carried out, compliance while it remains in force, and representation if it is ever challenged. Its litigation work runs from District and Sessions Courts and specialised tribunals to the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Its advisory work covers corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment, real estate, intellectual property and tax matters.
Where a matter travels beyond Lucknow, the firm conducts it through associate counsel in Prayagraj, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Calcutta, Madras, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gwalior, Guwahati, Indore and Jaipur. The client keeps a single point of contact in Lucknow throughout.

There is a story we often return to in our chambers. It starts with a desk too small for the files placed on it, a chair that protested every movement, and a conviction that good lawyering reaches beyond statutes and precedents.
